Angry Failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b)

Every single hack i have downloaded for MW3 from here gives me this - "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b). Click on OK to terminate the application."
    I have .NET Framework 4
    I have Windows 32bit XP SP2

Could someone please help me fix?!

    Where do i find Sijd.exe
Also they aren't viruses because everyone comments on them that they are working, also most of them were approved.

Try running the hacks as administrator that might work.

Reinstall all the .NET frameworks and Visual C++ runtime libraries. Disable DEP and well run as admin etc. (Disable antivirus too)

When you say reinstall All .NET frameworks do you mean to download 1 2 3 and 4? and install them in order? (sorry I don't really understand what you meant)
Also Where do i get the Visual C++ library? Also the error i got from debugging had nothing to do with the initialize problem the problem i got was a problem in the code where i had to type the - MW3.Hack("iw5mp") and MW3.SetInt(%H1cd8c54, TextBox1.Text) i tried to run it, and it said there was an error with them i think it was something like Mw3.Hack is not a valid window forms application

If you search up (on youtube) "mick2021" i followed his tutorial on youtube

Google the "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Libraries". There's many to install (Depending on if you have 64-bit you'll need both)

I'd think this is due to a missing framework.
