This suck if you are having a bad connection, the only problem with this Dos is that its uses your own internet so if you target's internet going down, YOUR own going down to.

So basically its a C++ app which uses system("ping" && whatever variables and the rest of the command);? its not that complicated, but good job on the GUI.
