Mod Loading

Hi, my question is: How can I load a mod with .gsc's and not only modified .dsr-files in MW3? Can I do this or does I need a Modloader? Pls help me, I tried it for over days and I'm very confused now

Nobody is working on a Modloader cause Infinity Ward made changes to the game that made it almost impossible for a Modloader to function

No, those are from wii, they arent really the same.

They arent the same + they arent stored in the same places as in PC :S Probably there are many missing .gsc files on that collection.

What can be the difference.

Some keybinds, some modules maybe?
Maybe some coding?
Or maybe the loading of files for MW3 PC is diffrent than MW3 Console?

And Mod Loading, why it haven't come I heard is:
1: The Server Checks the Files. (So you can't change em)
2: That it downloads the files to ensure it's not fake.

2 of the greatest coders for Modding tools, haven't managed it. So, I think there is something to it
