Looking for some big ass help

Error: "Files different from server" (or words to that effect, can't quite remember) with all the weapon skins I have tried so far.

Using most up2d8 steam version, no DLC. Would looove to get some custom weapon skins going, if anyone can help me over come this error. Thanks! (tried verifying my game cache after changing the weapon textures).

Well, MW3 actually uses a strict sv_pure but I guess that's nothing a CRC32 fix wouldn't solve..

Well I mean that was my first thought as well; it kind of goes without saying. But then when I thought about it a bit more, I realised I have ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE WHAT YOU JUST SAID!?@!?!@?!@

Just delete the iw_06 and maybe iw_10 and check the cash,and steam start download that files

i heard that if the host has dlc maps and you don't you get automatically kick from room getting a message saying files different from server maybe this is happening to you? It happens to me normally everyday..

If this is your case the definite fix will be buying DLC maps pack, you can still play normally, just can't join match where hosts own DLC map pack or will get different server files message.
