Already released that months ago.
Well if you want to read the Server Name as well I suggest you to check if Server IP = string.empty
Because the Servername of the last Server you joined remains. The ServerIP doesn't.

How you could've find it.
1. Join a Server you know the IP from (e.g your own server (in this case the worst server ww))
2. Open CE and enter that IP (Search for text/string obviously).
3. Select a Static(base) Address that dont get the value "patchversion" || "<lastjoinedserverip>" after leaving a server.
