Yeah, I watched them when I was like 10, but its actually a decent movie... some of the newer ones are sorta childish..
Sincerely its the only one I watched, I dont really apreciate most anime movies. Unless Im really addicted to a certain series in one moment and I decide I need to watch movie of this! Spirited away was an exception since there is no series just movie.

Thus far my personal all time favourite movie of all time happens to be a ghibli one, its princess kaguya. others I really like are Spirited away, howls moving castle, wind rises, Grave of the fireflies and princess mononoke. so many tbh they all are so good. How much that boxset set ya back? heard they like 600-700 aud, im keen on getting one myself as well.
Spirited Away, def. The thing I like about Ghibli movies is that they know exactly what audience they want to make a film toward, and they actually steer it toward that demographic instead of putting some ridiculous crap meant to also grab other people's attention who wouldn't otherwise be invested.Like My Neighbor Totoro. It's clearly a kid's film. That doesn't mean adults can't watch it, because people on the internet watch everything, but its absolutely meant for kids. And the opposite with Grave of the Fireflies.
