Drawing something on MW3 window

Hi guys. I'm trying to make something like an external crosshair for MW3, but I don't know exactly how to draw the crosshair over the MW3 window, I got the Handle of it and I know the basic of the drawing stuff on C#... I have tried to create a new Form over the window and draw the crosshair on it... but that's not working very well... Can anyone tell how I'm supposed to do that?

Well, you could create an D3D Overlay. (External from the MW3)
Because using D3D on MW3. Is bannable.

hmm... Do you know where I can find a tutorial about it? I've never worked with D3D stuff... I've search on google, but I didn't find a good one

Yes I do faculty of Computer Science... so why not? The problem is that I start learning C# about a month ago, but with no DirectX stuff... But I managed to finish the Overlay with a Top Most, Click Through Form over the MW3 window, but thank you guys.
