Bypasses aren't coming up?

I'm in a server with a hack, he is spawning tanks, magicboxes, helicopters, and things like that...
How is he doing that without getting banned? It has a long time he is doing that...
I wanted to know what bypass was he using :/

He is most Likely using a Private Bypass, if you want the Public Bypass you will Either have to wait or Look for it Yourself.
