Auto spell for wizzard?

Was just thinking what if there is a auto spell for wizzard which is like a perfect or nearly perfect spell bomb is it even possible to create a program that will auto spell bomb a enemy perfectly or slightly perfect :O

@flyrocket and I have worked on this. While getting the spell cast on the the targeted mob is not very difficult it seems to be very skittish on actually hitting the intended target. Sometimes it will hit full on, other times it completely misses. Then you have cases where only a portion would hit. It is also picky about mobs. Some mobs the projectiles miss more often than others (a lot of boss types are like this).
