I would imagine it varies on whether or not a moderator is on to approve it

I tried creating a new legendary Zer0 mod.

I am clearly having trouble or i am sucking at understanding this program. Since we all know how much trash Zer0 legendary mod is, i was thinking of boosting it my way.

Is there a way to change the +5 talent points to the way I want to? and can I change the cooldown rate or/and crit dmg to more?

For Example:

33% Cooldown rate
29% crit dmg
16% reload speed

+5 Two Fang
+5 Innervate
+5 Killer
+5 velocity
+5 One shot one kill
10% of health healed when deception used.

( would something like this be possible? )

Mostly what this tool does it allow you to create maxed out versions of existing items, or customize guns to have certain scopes, etc...

The only item I've created so far that can't exist normally in the game was a 10.4spd elemental infinity. Usually it can either be 10.4spd or have elemental damage.

Create a new thread instead. It's a lot easier. Don't forget your 2 virus scans per file as well.

Alright, so I've tried about 6 or 7 times now when I attempt to create a Bee, this keeps happening:



I have also kept pasting in the remaining entries, save and then load up the save up and it's a super low shield, like a level 2 shield.

What am I doing wrong?

I've made a gun thats normally always elemental into a non-elemental weapon, though not quite sure just how useful that is.

I turned the Slagga into a non elemental weapon that does 3800x3 damage and fires at a rate of 9.8, which might be cool in combination with a standard Slagga while gunzerking.

I also managed to make a near 40k roid dmg love thumper by making it grounded. Not sure if that can exist normally in the game, highest love thumper i've ever seen or heard of was around 29k.

I'm having issues even downloading the save editor. biggest problem (i'm computer iliterate or so i feel) i download the files and i have no idea what to unzip in what order i just see 30 different files and none that i can actually access

Just extract the folder found within the RAR file to wherever you desire (i.e. desktop, My Documents, etc.) and then double click on the Gibbed.Borderlands2.SaveEdit.exe application

Make sure both Manufacturer Grade and Game Stage are set to 50 (or whatever level Bee you want)

Try making sure that the parts your using are in check with The Bee Shield, because if you go super creative it will not work. Also check the ID list for help with part names.
