Like I said earlier, Get rid of Foxconn, dont bother with thermal grease, and if you can find one for the same price, grab a 1TB F3, and you are fine. You can get a cheaper case but meh. Quality of cases on anything less than $100 tends to be all the same so if you like it go for it.

I can give it a shot for you.

    Edit
: Bleh! uhZylon pointed out my choice in Graphics.

So I chose a few different parts.

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition
Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L-M LX PLUS AM3+ AMD 760G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
Video Card: GIGABYTE GV-R787OC-2GD Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB
    RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB DDR3 1600
Powersupply: CORSAIR Builder Series CX600 600W
    Optical Drive: SAMSUNG DVD Burner
Case: Thermaltake VL80001W2Z ATX Mid Tower Case

    Price: $684.92

If you want to lower the price even more, you can get a different HDD.

Western Digital WD Blue WD5000AAKX 500GB 7200 RPM

    New Price: $649.92

I recommend you get a system that supports SSD cards so that you can game on! All you want.

SSD's are if you have the money to get them. Buying a cheap 60GB one is an option, but on budget builds its best to stay away from them because they are still expensive, and people only buy them if they really want an extra boost in speed.

How is it a dumb answer?
You can't get a HDD to work as great as an SSD.

Stevenom is Correct here, his answer may have been blunt but it was still correct.
SSD's work exceptionally faster than a HDD because it has NO MOVING PARTS.

A HDD needs time to spin up while a SSD does not. There are also other factors affecting performance.
A SSD Has real world performance in that your programs/games will load quicker as well as your operating system but it will not improve your actual fps in games.

You may want to have a look here.
