    Number 1 easily. However, invest a little more in PSU.

    First one is a pretty decent build. But I'd get Intel/Samsung/Sandisk instead of the Kingston SSD.

    Nothing wrong with that PSU, in fact he'd be fine with 650W. It's Semi-modular so for that price it's a bargain.
