Depends on the fan you have usally small fans make more noise. Please make a list of your computer specs so we can do some research.

That fan is really spinning, but the temps seem fine.
When the earth is changed into a humid dungeon,
In which Hope like a bat
Goes beating the walls with her timid wings
    And knocking her head against the rotten ceiling;
When the rain stretching out its endless train
Imitates the bars of a vast prison
And a silent horde of loathsome spiders
Comes to spin their webs in the depths of our brains,
All at once the bells leap with rage
And hurl a frightful roar at heaven,
Even as wandering spirits with no country
Burst into a stubborn, whimpering cry.
    — And without drums or music, long hearses
Pass by slowly in my soul; Hope, vanquished,
    Weeps, and atrocious, despotic Anguish
On my bowed skull plants her black flag.

Nothing is really overheating, but can you like your case. I need to see how many fans you have.

Note: I would suggest getting Bigger fans instead of Smaller onces, the smaller they are the faster then need to spin to keep your computer cooled down.

OR just buy an office fan and point it at your computer if you don't want it to overheat.

I have on the side of the computer space for 2 fans of 12cm (i think)
and one at the back, the front of my PC doesn't got the possibility for a fan.
Would it help if i put a coolerfan at the back?

Honesty your computer is fine, the only problem is the fan speed is way to high and you don't like the sound it makes. So the only thing you can really do it replace the fans you allready have or add more.

Id also suggest going onto Tom's hardware for computer problems as well.

I don't have any real problem, everything works smooth, the only problem is that my fan rpm goes very high to keep my PC cool, so i guess i'l add another fan later on.

It could be because the game you are playing is using alot of CPU usage, making your computer heat rise and because of that the sensors on your fans are hitting so the fans are speeding up, it could either your fan is very low-end and isnt able to keep controll of the heat properly, or the game your playing is way to tense for your processer, <-
