    The price's difference is $100... My monitor's a 144hz

    AMD FX 8350 , AMD FX 9370 , or Intel i5 4670k [Or wait for the 4690K] , Intel i7 4770k [Or wait for the 4790k]

~Even the amd's price is lower his consumitions of energy's high and with those energy used that's like buy a intel core so u guuys tell me which's better...

Just get the 4770K, I have no problems at all, and ultra settings apply more to what GFX Card and RAM you get

there is no big diffrence really,i use a 8350 stock and i run everything ultra settings. problem? intel fanboys may buy a 300bucks CPU but there is no freaking need for that.

the 8 cores WILL come in handly, since you can see games like BF4 and such start utilizing them!

the 8350 is an amazing chip id recommend you to get

If you want the Overclocking capabilities for the future then you should choose the i7 4790k because it can be ran at much higher clock speeds using water cooled and has a lower TDP usage compared to the 8350 which Ex0rPl4net was telling you to get.
If you look here you can see the comparision with them both: http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-4790K-vs-AMD-FX-8350

If you want something which is good and at a cheaper price then you could get an i5 4670k or a 4690k and then overclock the crap outta it as I have a stock i5 4670k and i've had no problems with playing games on it at ultra such as BF4 and im using a GTX 780 Superclocked w/ACX Cooler so yeah, The only games i cant play on ultra are poorly optimised games such as watch dogs.
If you want to see the comparison with these 2 then look here: http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i...vs-Intel-4690K

Lastly, You could just look at this table and find the one which you want on there since this is to do with gaming performance on games:

I personally prefer ASUS but Gigabyte is just OK as well. I'd suggest to take ASUS.
