Help with a new pc build from wallmart

OK, so im getting a new pc on Christmas and I know this build isnt good enough for amazing games but the only games I'd like to run are Minecraft(with shaders), crossfire, combatarms, ava, left4dead1, killing floor1&2, teamfortress2, etc, and any game with open gl 3.0.

You get the idea. Anyway here is the pc site that I will make it on: PC Build

Please help me with the graphics card, ram, and hard drive. Maybe if the mother board is bad or the processor then can you help me there? My max limit is 0-600 But please stay around the 500-550 or some more if its a great difference. THIS ENTIRE PC BUILD AND ALL HELP MUST BE SITED TO WALLMART SO WE CAN USE LAYAWAY!( Basically if you know a better graphics card for me it has to be available on wallmart online shopping) Thank You!
The build i made was 529.00 USD
    The Configs go as:

    Select 1 Case

CyberPower Component Cooler Master Elite 431 Mid-Tower Gaming Case with Power Efficient Power Supply |FIRST SELECTION

    Select 1 Motherboard & Processor

CyberPower Component AMD FX-4100 Processor with Motherboard, Bundle Only |FIRST SELECTION

    Select 1 Operating System

CyberPower Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit Edition (PC) |FIRST SELECTION

    Cooling

I dont know about cooling but If I want great performance should i get the CyberPower CPFA1010 Liquid Cooling System 120mm Radiator and Fan? |SECOND SELECTION

If you can help me with linking all the parts to make a pc that can run like the second or first youtube link that will be great.

    the new one requires overclocking.

plus why walmart?! other stores are far cheaper than. definitely for computers.

are you going to build it yourself?

Im not looking for a computer to run 3 million monitors and Battle Field 4 on super high. I just want a pc that can run simple games on at-least medium.

like the first youtube Video. If you can find a site with layaway so we can pay until its paid off like walmart then please help me out. I just want to play minecraft with shaders and crossfire and etc. There is no store close to us besides walmart and dicks sporting goods. So if you know a site that has some sort of layaway (not credit) that would be amazing if you link parts to a computer.

If it comes down to building I have no problem with building it myself as I have done it before.

For the top link pc build, can you guys match these items to make sure I did it right? I searched for each part on walmart.

    http://pc part picker .com/p/qKJdrH

    http://www.walmart.com/ip/AMD-FX-630...essor/31423761

http://www.walmart.com/ip/Refurbishe...2133M/35651313 This was all I found.

    http://www.walmart.com/ip/Kingston-H...-DDR3/37667818 is this even close?

    http://www.walmart.com/ip/Seagate-Bu...ot-HD/26965823 is this even close?

    http://www.walmart.com/ip/PowerColor...emory/39662743 best I could find.

    http://www.walmart.com/ip/Corsair-CX...upply/33621568 best I could find.\

    http://www.walmart.com/ip/Rosewill-C...Black/23148958 This might work.

In all this build will be $704.56. Thats too dam high! I need a pc around $550 and maybe this time find a site that can do layaway or maybe even monthly pays.

All the ones you linked can't even run recent games on low I'm pretty sure.
