    $600 - $800 PC build

Here's my suggestion for a 7 to 800 dollar PC, I hope you enjoy!

    Processor: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor

Motherboard: ASRock H81M-HDS Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

    RAM (Random Access Memory): G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 760 2GB DirectCU II Video Card

Case (this would all depend on what you'd like, this is just a suggestion): Enermax ECA3253-BW ATX Mid Tower Case

Power Supply: Corsair CX 430W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

DVD optical drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer

Operating System (this also depends on what you're used to / enjoy the most, but this is a suggestion): Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Full (32/64-bit)

    That is way over $600.

Considering US prices and using the cheapest merchants this is how much the build will cost.

    CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($199.99 @ Micro Center)
Motherboard: ASRock H81M-HDS Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($49.99 @ Micro Center)
    Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($59.99 @ Newegg)
    Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($47.89 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB ACX Video Card ($242.99 @ Best Buy)
    Total: $600.85

And that does not include the case, power supply, ODD nor a legitimate copy of Windows.

I'd advice to go for a locked CPU (4690K does not make sense for a budget build plus you have a H series chipset so you wouldn't even be able to utilise an unlocked CPU).

If someone had a budget of $600 I'd recommend this kind of build (assuming they wanted Intel for the CPU).

    CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($178.98 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock H81M-HDS Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($49.99 @ Micro Center)
    Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($59.99 @ Newegg)
    Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($47.89 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Asus Radeon R9 270 2GB DirectCU II Video Card ($145.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case ($49.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($29.99 @ NCIX US)
    Optical Drive: LG GH24NSC0B DVD/CD Writer ($14.98 @ Newegg)
    Total: $577.80

By just opting for a cheaper CPU and a cheaper GPU (keep in mind the R9 270 is essentially a newer 7850), you fall well within budget.

I put it together on PCParkPicker, and I should have thought that those prices are wack. I will edit it and create a much better one, sorry for that!
