This wouldn't benefit you in anyway unless you somehow plan to spend atleast $5000 on a gaming rig. And that's not even counting the Liquid cooling.

I would say the best gaming pc you can get (Excluding buying a $500k server then modifying it with infinite Titan Xs) would cost around 18k

I wouldn't want to fathom that. I figure they would use liquid cooling system. with the latest INTEL processor and the fastest large ram on market along with a prototype motherboard and the best discreet GPU from NVIDIA OR AMD and have two of them linked up. with a strong latest PSU. and the best keyboard and mouse and a high def fast low latency monitor.

Just saying that while this rig is excellent for gaming, it might not be the best considering the Xeon isn't really meant for gaming, but rather for server workloads. The 8TB hard drives are also running at a shit 5900 RPM. Other than that, you have it pretty much spot on.

Xeon is excellent for gaming. It's every bit as good as any kind of i7 processor. Because you know, processors do next to jack shit for games. And you're also implying we're putting the games on the HDD and not the PCIe SSD's. Also implying there's a noticeable difference in speed between 5900rpm and 7200rpm. All the "slowness" that stems from a lower rpm is negated by the insane burst speeds of an 8TB drive.

Fair enough with the Xeon point, but remember with the hard drive that this is an unlimited budget essentially. This means that you can splurge as much as you want making an SSD a more viable option.
