I figured out how to install into iOS without a computer. First, go download a free downloader from the appstore (Thats supports zip/rar) and install, come to this link on the downloader, download the packed .ipa, once downloaded go to iFile (Downloaded from Cydia) and then browse to your /Mobile/Applications folder, find your download app, and go to where it saved it, usually in documents of the downloader folder. Then unpack and move the .ipa into your Installous (5) folder, which I think is in your documents, or stash/applications, not sure, I do not have my iPod to check. Place it into your installous/downloads folder and then open installous, it should be in the downloaded tab, just install it.

Sorry if any of the info is wrong, please correct me, as I said I do not have my iPod to check any of this. Make sure you have Installous 5, if you get an error that says it is an invalid ipa, re install installous.
