Rito is probably the second most amazing gaming company of the decade, first is EAsy, no one can become greater than them.
- Rito closed the Tribunal for an update which will take at least 6 months. They did it in order to offer the poor flamers, retards, cancer "spreaders" the opportunity to enjoy their game. The poor guys were getting ban extremely often so they had to find a solution about rito's most loyal players. My comment: shame on the community who wishes the tribunal to open asap.
- Rito always replies to your tickets with a premade reply! Their employees always take their time to watch closely your problem and reply you with the best premade answer in only 48 hours! Do you have any idea how long does it take to read a customer's problem, to search for the appropriate premade reply, to copy and paste it? At least 5 seconds!
- Rito always fixes the problems they create to their game asap! Once they released the 4.7 patch, everyone's FPS dropped by 20-30 on average, the lag reached the clouds and the bugs were multiplied! And the good and nice Rito, who cares about its customers, replied after only 1 month in the forums and asked the customers to provide them with their PCs characteristics, no matter if the specific question had anything to do with the 4.7 patch. Rito cares that much that they even ask you to provide them with info which have nothing in common with your problems!
