Now this release is ONLY for entertainment purposes. At this current stage the window "Steam must be running to play this game." appears once you replace the steamclient64.dll with the one created from this base. However I am (maybe when I've got time and nerves) going to fix it up.
So the main reason why I am releasing this here (yes there are lots of other SteamAPI bases) is because I am eager to write my own one ('my' in this case equals 'new'). People are welcome to contribute and why not add additional stuff to the base.
If you still don't know what the fuck this is: This is a partial SteamAPI Base used to emulate the ol' "steamclient64.dll" which ghosts use for callbacks and shit.
I've included ONLY the interfaces that ghosts use (as I was lazy to implement them all), yet there are some other interfaces to be added. So every interface which is not defined with a CPP file is yet to be added.
Interface To Be Emulated -> ISteamFriends013.h
Emulated Header -> CSteamFriends.h
Emulated Source -> CSteamFriends.cpp
When you open the project in Visual Studio you would be able to see the interfaces that ghosts use.
To be honest, I don't quite understand how Steam DRM works, probably like loading some kind of image data? That should fix that error message.
EDIT2: Keep "__cdecl" maybe compile to "steam_api64"?
