From what I can see the only thing that requires drivers is the LED's, for the USB plug in, unless that's connected to the volume controller + mic mute, which is a design flaw imo. But it seems to be just plug and play from that. Or are you an LED fan? :L I like LED's, but if it's giving you this much trouble by uninstalling the drivers it's self. That's not good. Maybe it's your AV deleting them on startup?
I don't see why drivers are needed then, it claims to be plug and play. Try just getting rid of all drivers for it completely, even if there's a chance of older headset drivers being there. Other from that, no clue. sorry.
