Unhappy ATI Mobility 4200 Series w/ 1919MB Hypermemory

I've had this laptop for a while now, and still can't figure out where to enable, or increase this "hypermemory" they say it has.

It says I can use up to 1919MB of my RAM as VRAM, but says nothing about how to enable it.

Any help would be much appreciated.

P.S.: I've searched around for anything, and it says to check the BIOS, I have also looked into the BIOS, and there is nothing about hypermemory.

If you installed the drivers, it's most likely already enabled
