Cables are good, and the game runs smoothly like. Sometimes it lags tho. But then I lower the settings and runs smooth again

It's a software problem imo, are you sure the game runs fine on whatever software/hardware config you have?

Logical assumption would be that something related to your gfx card's screwing up. Update your drivers and run Furmark to see if the GPU runs into any issues when under serious load.

You sir are experiencing an artifact. To make the story short, most likely your GPU is over heating, what temps are you getting? If your GPU temps is fine then you need to get a new GPU, if your lucky your GPU may still be under warranty.

Dunno how the gpu could be overheating, especially if it survives furmark just fine

Its an artifact because the character in GW 2 is blurred out, and he said it also happens in other games except for MW3. But if he ran Furmark with no cuts or blurs or black marks and etc, then i dunno.
Compression artifact - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Artifacts dont only happen if it overheats there is other causes, such as overclocking and the voltage is too low.

Well aware what are artifacts, but I kinda doubt the GPU would run into problems when playing ordinary games but handle Furmark without any noticable issues
