So, I've signed on as a teacher for @NextGen1 's Wannacode site as a Photoshop teacher.
The first message I have is for anyone here who wants to learn, and hasn't seen the thread in General.
It's a free course, starting with basic lessons, and progressively getting more advanced.
If you're looking to JUST MAKE SIGS,
this course IS NOT FOR YOU
While I will be using small art as a basis for many lessons, and possibly as assignments, this is not all you will be learning.
Small art uses elements and skills, and it's THOSE that I will be teaching.
What you choose to do with them is your own choice.
We already have a good number of people signed up and ready to go, and the sooner we get everyone together, the sooner we can get started.
What benefits do you have by signing up on WC?
Full criticism and support from me, and full access to any of my lessons at any given time.
POSSIBLY exclusive lessons from influential giants of the design world, courtesy of my connections.
People that I plan to speak to in the future:
- others, if possible.
The second message is for the following people:
It would mean a great deal to have the five of you in on this with me somehow.
I've learned and grown in my knowledge and skill alongside all of you, and it only feels right to include you in this somehow, be it with a collaboration, a guest lesson or interview, etc.
Hey, maybe you would even consider helping me teach.
Let me know in this thread if you're interested.
FOR MORE INFORMATION:
Visit this thread, but don't apply, just send me a PM on MPGH. That's the way I'm communicating with students at the moment before we make the transfer over to WC.
There's a chance I may post a lesson every so often on MPGH, simply because this has been my internet home for quite a long time, and I can't just leave you all in the dust.
But in terms of learning, I recommend signing up at WC to get the full experience.
, sticky please.

Rich has given me access to the Admin CP for a week or two to make the necessary additions
and changes for our class. Before I go about doing this, log onto WC and read the personal
message I've sent and let me know if you would like anything added, changed, etc. Not taken
out, because I have the necessities down.
