I've just gotten into a rhythm pattern call the "Egg Beater". It's based off of a triple set pattern with a five note progression at the end of each measure, evening out the stanza, using a triple tap on the right hand and a double on the left.
Here's the sheet music from SnareScience.com
To those who play snare (don't lie, it's really obvious if you don't know what the hell you're talking about when it comes to drumming), what do you think? It's difficult to get the grasp of it, I've been practicing my triple stroke rolls rather than double for the past week, and can only do this at a very average tempo of 90 bpm without getting tired too quickly to really get a good ear for it.
