I made everything in it, got the sniper image from google and added effects.

Feedback is welcome even if it's negative.
Any suggestions how to make it better?

I can clearly see the M of Mayion has been filled with the bucket tool, the font used doesn't fit too much.
There is no focus point and the effect used for the gun isn't nice at all: it mixes it with the background way too much.
    The background looks too plain.

    Things to fix:
    1) The text,definetly
    2) Instead of a white n grey image, try to leave the sniper rifle as the original image is,then edit the background accordignly.

If you're using gimp, render>clouds will do just great to start with.

How about duplicating sniper, smudge it around, duplicate smudge, liquify it, and blend them the best.
Optionally look for fractals to add on the sig.

Like others have mentioned, it's a good start but could use work. The text could be cleaner and you can even line it up with the barrel of the rifle or incorporate it into the gun more, rather than have it in a corner. The gun itself look ok if you like the simplistic cartoon style. If you want a more 3D or abstract, I could maybe mirror it or make it more realistic. Also, instead of a border all the way around the image, I found that a horizontal line above the top and bottom of the image looks much more professional like the signature in gamer4evere's sig. But hey, if you like the pic then keep it! There's no use listening to everyone else and end up with a piece of art that doesn't please the owner.
