Try using pentool when creating the curve lines, That way it will mimic a penstroke and look better imo. Right now all the strokes look really blocky.

Mr Seyeko, please make me a tutorial, your works are spectacular, and I love the outcome!

I think you just need to make a circle, add some shading so it looks like a sphere, then make it drip.

About the shading, in gimp the right circle is rather easy to do:
Make a circle, fill it with color.
Duplicate the layer, select the area, make a very big gaussian blur, then darken the color.
Add two more circles, one bigger than the other, make them white and semi trasparent, then add a 1 pixel border to them, colored like the circle's center.

I guess in PS the steps would be similiar.

Actually I was refering to the background and suck, the teemo blending is awesome, but not sure if he just added a topaz effect to original render or if he did somehting more.If the latter is the case I want a tutorial.

Well it looks deceptively simple, that's why i used a term to make it sound easy (even tho it isn't).
I believe i'll actually give this style a try someday.

By the way, since i didn't CnC the image before: the only thing that bothers me is the lighting.
The left orb is mostly fine, but the right one's light is done too quickly. I'd love to see an improved version regarding this aspect.
By the way, the orbs do light up teemo, but they don't affect the background at all, the more i see the image the more it seems teemo and the orbs are secretly really close to me and really far from the background.
