Best SWF editor for editing Action Scripts?

I tried SoThink SWF Decompiler, and I could of sworn you could edit Action Scripts.
    But I guess not.

Does anyone know a program that edits Action Scripts?

Ok first off you dont edit the code of a compiled SWF.. You decompile the SWF with sothink. replace all the AS with action-script decompiled by as3 sorcerer. Then you use adobe flash professional cs5.5/6 for editing it and recompiling it/exporting it to a new SWF.
Want an Adventure Quest, DragonFable, or Mechquest trainer. If you answered yes to any of these then click here.

If I have helped please press thanks. It doesn't take much effort and it means a lot to me.

Do you possibly have a video tutorial or Teamviewer to show me possibly? Just so I can see what you 100% mean.

I just don't understand quite fully.
When I decompile with SoThink, do I export as FLA?

Edit: Now when I open with AS3, I get an access violation error. Any ideas?

You decompile the SWF with sothink this will make a folder with a FLA and the AS scripts.

Replace all the AS files in the folder created by sothink with action-script decompiled and put in a folder by as3 sorcerer.

Then you use adobe flash professional cs5.5/6 for editing it and exporting it to a new SWF.

Now if you do not understand these instructions, I suggest you do not try.

    Sorry to keep bothering you.
I just don't understand fully on what you mean by 'Action-script decompiled". Could you explain a bit more?

    @k1ngqu33n
I just finished exams and I have a free week. Feel free to tell me what you want decompiling and I'll find time to do it for you.

If you really want to learn yourself, it's not something which can really be taught. You will never be able to completely decompile (break apart) an SWF into a 100% working form. Unless the SWF is very basic. When using a decompiler (e.g. Sothink), you will have the source file (.fla) produced and then its associated class files (.as) - if we lived in a world where everything was easy, you could just link the source file to the classes and you would have the full source. However, there will almost certainly be errors, patches of obfuscated code, and more to sort out. To do this, you take the source file and classes you decompiled and open them in Adobe Flash Pro to see where said errors originate from. Then, you might have to spend some time rebuilding it into the full source. The most common problem is with component definitions - every decompiler seems to mess that up.

Sorry if that was a lot of ramble, tried my best to make it clear.
