Just a little graphic information:
This game is not designed to run in 1080p resolutions as when development began Xbox One and PS4 only supported up to 720p. They have built in a resolution cap to make it so the game performs best in resolutions up to 720p 60 Hz. If you are experiencing ANY IN GAME stutter or FPS drops then reset your resolution to 1280x720 or ****x720 for better in game performance. Tested this on multiple gaming rigs varying from those barely able to run the game all the way to a PC running 8 core processor, 32 gb RAM, and dual NVIDIA Titan's in 2-way SLI which all had the same problems and it has fixed it every time. i hope this helps someone.
Slayer is right, but i cant find the values from up-scaling directly. Most of these values will not show up in the dvar list, but alot of them do work. Most just
-disable texture compression
-disable sound occlusion
-prevent the game from disabling any feature that try to help it keep 60fps
-disable pop in
considering ever cod game is still on the quake 3 engine, commands from cod 3 still work.
you will use more ram, the game will take longer to load, and it make the game look way better.
This is for high end rigs. IF you want to the game to look really good, enable HBAO+, and tessellation Far
I don't as SSAO adds to much to the frame buffer at my resolution, and adds a little bit of input lag (feels like it does)
About the resolution thing. I need some help. My native resolution is 2880x1800. My settings used only let me increase it up to 2048x1536. Suddenly, today the maximum resolution I was able to set is 1680x1050! What is happening lol. Any solutions?
