when having all the perks you can select a 2nd primary, join match and that perk does work; I can select my 2nd primary ingame but when I die I can't anymore so there's a check when you spawn (start of match excluded).
I'll try to go through the assembly when I got some time to see if I can find this check and if it can be disabled.
After multiple test on private and public matches. I have concluded that the perk amount check is server sided. Also, what accesses to the perk value numbers is an assembly code (MOV rcx, r8) that if nopped results in a game crash since it writes/accesses multiple stuff at the same time. It was fun people but the perk cheat is gone for good.
