Sorry idk how to answer you by reply i'm noob at this forms XD.
Any way you need to download "launcher_profiles.json" and inside you have text "YOURNAMEHERE" replace that with your name example "JimmehD" replace all 3 text "YOURNAMEHERE" with name you like to use. Point is that you place inside folder "launcher_profiles.json" before you use launcher. Because this "launcher_profiles.json" make you able to play offline mode.

Dude help me, regarding the Minecraft 1.6 thingy, in my JSON file its like this:
