Post-build event command line
Put this in but without the square brackets [copy "$(TargetPath)" "C:\Users\VaypeNaysh\Documents\******\KRelay\K_Rel ay\bin\Debug\Plugins"]

This copies the built .dll to the plugins folder

No it's simply impossible. The server gives you tiles has you move on and trying to change your "position" to get more tiles will dsync you.
