    To get the hack by mattypatty to work you gotta delete all copies of msvcr100.dll from your computer including your combat arms folder and system 32 folder. Then you have to go to your start menu and type in vcredist and look for the one that says 86 next to it and run it as admin. Once that opens up hit repair and it should work. I have win 7 and 64 bit and had the same problem.
