Usually it’s best if you already have a interest in a particular subject , that way you are self motivated towards learning and are able to teach your self, it’s no good me saying get a book on quantum physics if you have little to no interest in the subject matter

Lots of reading, learning, and programming, around 500,000 lines of code so far.
Best way to learn is to get stuck in, go to the library read books, take what you learn and use it.

Completely self taught many years of programming as a hobby, I started from the age of 4 taking my toys to bits, I learned a lot about electronics over many years, and then moved on to computer programming at 16 , Uk schools are shit never taught me anything and ict class are useless for computer science.
