So according to you telling someone to shut the fuck up, etc isn't being offensive towards them? Don't know what to say then. Bottom line is, if he was wrong, then you should've corrected him in an appropriate way instead of telling him: "you have no idea so shut the fuck up and go manage the forum". Debates exist for a reason, they simply just need to be made/proceeded with respectfully.
