Illusionss posted a report against you in the Private Reports section. He said you have scammed his Runescape account level 138. If you won't respond to him and give him the account back in 24 hours, you'll receive a permanent IP ban.

You know it's my job to be 100% sure before banning a scammer, both of your stories are doubtful.
I don't mean to be unpleasant to either of you, it's just that you have to prove your story in order to convince me.

Two members accusing eachother of a scam, without clear evidence from both members makes it quite confusing. Once this has been clarified and you are not found guilty we can clear your name.

Also, you can't request a scam report against you to be denied ...

Looks like you waited for the recovery to complete (and be accepted), then changed the account information and then told him to make the payment, which you didn't do as of now.
Ilusionss then recovered the account back because of you being a defaulter, and then you sent 4 appeals in attempt to recover the account back without making the payment.

If this is not what happened, please clarify to me.

Your proof isn't quite solid however, due to being able to change the entered information right after the screenshot was taken.

That doesn't prove me those were appeals for the account you were purchasing, nor does that prove me you entered the information he provided.
