I play with inverted mouse.
I am trying to learn to compile this to change it but am slow.
A helpful member amotion89 sent me this:

You'll have to compile your own version, but when you do so, find the following function (just search for the text):

void MouseMove(float delta_x, float delta_y)

Within that function locate the line:
double fy = (wndpos[1] + mouse_center[1] + delta_y) * dy;

and change it to:
double fy = (wndpos[1] + mouse_center[1] + delta_y * -1) * dy;

Notice the * -1. That will flip the y axis when aiming to work with an inverted mouse setup.
