    Simple, open up the .dll with PE Explorer , save it to your required destination and then its unpacked. To make sure that you know it's unpacked use Peid to open the .dll before you unpack it. When you open with Peid and load the desired .dll it should tell you wether its packed or not. If your dll is packed it will tell you. After you resaved it with pe explorer load the new saved one into Peid and it should say unpacked. Have fun
