someone has stolen the Vindictus Karok you sold me back in Dec 2013.
I can't log in to it anymore.

When i log in to my own account, i see the Karok account is online.
someone else is obviously using it.

I think someone was using the account's original information and claimed it back through customer service.
What should I do now?
