Really too tired to explain, but I'll try too real quick but you'll only be able to understand if you're smart.
-Record the Packet for purchasing an NX item
-Take the ID (three bytes, wrapped between two 00's, probably somewhere near the end in between a bunch of other 00's)
-Replace it with the hex ID of the NX item you want, to get this download Tryst's Hex Converter, translate the items ID (ex. 11010219 << probably not a real item), paste it in decimal and take the hex output (ie. 7F 2B 4F << probably not a real item) and paste it over the item ID in the packet.
-Send it
Warning: You must have enough NX to afford the item, else autoban
Warning: Won't work in some/most 'good' servers
Warning: Won't work on some items

Also, spawning NX slimes (aka summoning bag glitch) is a sure autoban on v83.
