We'll I run my Black Chiper with My Windows Vista, And it run's perfectly for about 30-40 mins and then i would have to reload the game. But I Would say you need to try and run all the programs ( Black Chiper ) In Administrator mode. And turn off your firewall because most hacks are stopped by the main computer's firewall, if you havent tried yet. It looks like you have everything up too day such as the C++ and .Net Framework, I would say makesure you get all up to date as far as installing and patching itself. And then you should try and run the game again, and launch your CombatArms_Direct.exe Wich is in your combat arms folder, and run it as administrator and see were you can get from there.

Hey I need help with my Black Cipher hack..... I am using Windows XP and i have Visual C++ 2010 and i have .Net Framework 4 but it still doesnt work.... I get in game and i can be there for a long time but then as soon as i join a game it kicks me half way through it. I also tried Byte Cipher to see if maybe that would work but it doenst work either. Although it still works on my Windows Vista computer I dont like to use it because it lags horribly...
