XFX 6870 Dual Fan - great card, will handle BF3 on ultra at ~45 FPS.
FX 8150 8 Core Processor - I don't recommend it, wait till the next generation of processors comes out from AMD.

Don't waste your time on a Bulldozer, they're good chips, but not as good as the Phenom series.
