and with it i can install packages and and the multiman and play free games thru and external hard drive? Will i also be able to modifie patches?

So my ps3, it was working perfectly 2 days ago, until tonight, I turned it on, when I clicked on the user to go into, my ps3 freezes, I started searching around on the web, it said to restore my ps3 and I did.

My question is about the policy that Sony has about the 2 acct max. My ps3 had a lot of download and dlc in it. Will I be able to download the stuff again if I put it in, since I am the 1st one to put the info onto my ps3?
