It's because normally when a good looking DTX comes out blurry in game is because the mipmap levels (when you save as DTX) need to be 1, but sometimes when you have a lot of layers and stuff it automatically sets it to 4 so just make sure you change it.

Thanks mate. I was thinking of a cool gun with an itech. so I came out of ACR blacksnake. and than I remembered that the ACR Sandfire looks epic, so I took the sounds and model from blacksnake and copied and pasted the camo parts from the sandfire on the blacksnake dtx. It suprises me that nobody flames on me for that though..
