  4. I'm like 54KG, 5"10 ish, and can do about 10 pushups.
  5. im 70kg...
    6 feet
and cant do 2 push ups
  6. that sounds a lot like me mate to be honest. I weigh like 54kg and I'm really skinny. >.<
  7. Oh ok, Thanks alot man.
I dont really have muscles too ahaha :/
    Can't really do 1 normal push-up
  8. Try a mile first, then bunk up to 1.5/2 and keep working up when you feel ready.

As for the muscles, I aren't really sure on that one, I can't really give advice because my muscles aren't great to be fair and I aren't the strongest guy in the world. In honesty, I haven't worked on them yet but I will be doing some intense and rigourous training over the next few weeks.
  9. Ok thanks for the advice. But that's only for running/stamina
So basicly i should start of with 2 miles a day? or i should go by time?
How about like getting stronger/building muscles?
  10. Hey man, well basically I joined a gym. I smoke a lot and drink a fair bit and that's obviosly not good. If you do either of them then the first step is to cut down, I mean I've stopped drinking a hell of a lot now and that's helped. Second thing is somethign I don't do but I should and it will help a lot - eat healthy. Finally, run, run, run and run. I just run and it seems to be helping. Push youself that extra mile and if you really want it, you wil achieve it buy pushing yourself. For example, I was running today and I wanted to do 1.5 miles in 11:30 but I failed, I was absolutely knackered but I carried on til I finished, only 30 seconds later.

    In short,

    - Cut down on drink/smoking
    - Eat healthily
    - Run

Running helps bild your stamina up, but run at a steady pace and not at a stupid one. Start off slowly and then build it up into a jog, then finally into a run. Just try and average 2 miles a day running, either on a treadmil or on the street and it should help.

    Good luck.
