It doesn't have to be "approved". It's locked and marked as unworking. The game is free, no one really gives a fuck if it's detected.

It's not patched at all and works 100% fine except for no-spread and all-crits.

It is most likely patched/detected now and it wouldn't of got approved if Liz knew it was detected.

No it doesn't, you're wrong. I use Prex and it injects just fine. It also worked fine for the thread OP.

The hack works yes but not with Perx or any other injector.
It only works with the injector that was included with the hack when it was first released.

The TF2 Source Aimbot works fine, you're just too dumb to inject it properly. Good job getting a nice working hack thread closed and burried!
