There's a program called IWIfix that does all the hex editing for you. You need to fix the CRC still, but this will show you.

That is a link to my brush set. I use a portable version of Photoshop, so it deletes my preset brushes every so often, so I just wrapped up every brush I have into one brush set for you.

The ones I use for the worn effect are the first 3. Just make a colored base. Then make a new layer and randomly add that brush in white. Then set it to hue and it will look worn.
