A way to have a clear night on a dark night server?

Some servers have really dark nights & I can't see shit.

I tried using the Geforce Experience to add gamma to the game,

but all I can see is red, green and blue dots all over the screen and it doesn't help very much. (It works on bright nights servers tho)

All solutions are welcome.
