Yes it is possible to code hacks like no recoil/chopper esp/unlocking/stats changer in VB, but not aimbots.
I already did everything above in VB for mw2.

AimBots are not as complex as one would assume, do some research, I do however agree that it would be difficult to get support on the matter, but once you understand the real concept behind it , you should be fine.
