Well, to rip it you can just copy all the files from the site directory maually (long) or just use a program (google should help here). As for the php form, just use any webpage-creating program to edit a page and add the form. If you are a real beginner, try using BlueVoda, and once you made the form using the program, send me the .bvp file so I'll give you the source code. And PM me for further help.Quote:
